How many apartments are there at the resort?

There are a total of 4 apartments. Two apartments on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor.

Are all apartments the same?

Yes, all apartments are identical.

How many people can stay in 1 apartment at most?

A maximum of 4 people + 1 child up to 2 years old can stay in the apartment.

What sockets are available in the apartment?

The apartments are equipped with European 220V sockets. 

​

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, fresh linen and towels are provided. 

​

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available on the entire site.

How far is the resort from the nearest beaches?

Caracas Bay - 2.2 km - 5 minutes away by car

Jan Thiel Beach - 3 km - 7 minutes away by car

Mambo Beach Boulevard - 7 km - 10 minutes away by car

Are there restaurants in the area?

Landhuis Brakkeput Mei Mei is within walking distance (600m). This is a grill restaurant where you can eat delicious.

Do you offer a transfer service to and from the airport?

No, we do not offer a transfer service. We often advise our guests to contact Natasha from Dushi Taxi. She is a friendly, reliable taxi  chaufeuse who charges fair rates, knows the way to our resort well and is always on time. You can easily contact her via Whatsapp at +5999 516-8863.

Rent a car

Can I rent a car from you? 

Yes, we rent out 2 rental cars ourselves. If this cars are no longer available, we can recommend several other good, reliable car hire companies.

Check-in / Check-out

From what time can we check in?

This depends on whether other guests are checking out on the day of check-in. Let us know when you make your reservation what time you would like to check in, and we will do our best to make sure this is possible. 

​

What time do we have to check out on the day of departure?

If there are new guests arriving on the day of your departure, the check-out will take place at 10 am. In consultation you can leave your bags with us so that you can have lunch somewhere, for example. If there are no new guests on the day of departure, you can indicate yourself what time you want to check out. If you do not want to run the risk of having to check out at 10:00 AM, please indicate this when booking so that we can reserve the entire day for you. The costs for this are €35.

Is it possible to reserve a beach towel?

Yes, it is possible to rent a lovely, large beach towel with the stay. We ask for a fee of €5 per beach towel per week.

Children

Is the resort suitable for children?

Yes, the resort is definitely suitable for children. 

​

Is it possible to reserve a cot?

Yes, children aged 0 and 1 stay for free. We ask for a one-time fee for the use of the cot of €1.50 per night. 

​

Can I reserve a high chair?

Yes, it is possible to reserve a high chair for €5 per stay. 

​

Pets

Is it allowed to bring a pet?

No, to avoid inconvenience, pets are not allowed on the resort.

Wheelchair accessible

The apartment is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

​

Wash

There is no washing machine at N-Joy Residence, but a launderette where you can bring your clothes is a 5-minute drive away. The name of the laundromat is MR Laundry Service and the address is Caracasbaaiweg 360.
